Each session cultivates the insight, influence, and strategic skill required to drive meaningful change within the non-profit landscape. Sessions will be facilitated by Ester Driham, the president of Envision Philanthropy and Dayna Lapkovsky, the president of Frank Women's Leadership. Select sessions will be enhanced by guest speakers who will share their knowledge and experiences on the most pressing topics facing non-profit leadership.

The program unfolds over 8 dynamic, interactive online sessions that each last 1.5 hours.

BONUS: We will follow each session with an additional 30-minute Roundtable. This optional extra time will allow us to explore any questions, challenges and opportunities you may be facing. Plus, select Roundtables will feature special guests who will share their expertises and experiences.

Dayna Lapkovsky

Dayna is on a mission to propel women forward towards their goals with clarity & confidence. She founded frank, an international women’s leadership community to transform the way women lead through guided peer-coaching. Dayna is a seasoned communications consultant with a certificate in Women’s Leadership from the Yale School of Management. Her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for developing female talent bring an inspiring, innovative approach to strategic problem solving and creative thinking. She has been featured in many publications like Thrive Global, Crunchbase and Nasdaq, and has inspired many entrepreneurs & intrapreneurs through her leadership keynotes and workshops. She also has served on the Board of Directors for several non-profits and is the mother of three rambunctious boys.

Ester Driham, M.A.

Ester Driham, President & CEO of Envision Philanthropy, is a fundraising and non-profit leadership expert with over 25 years of experience and a record of securing more than $100 million for education, health care, community development, and cultural initiatives. A specialist in major gifts, capital campaigns, leadership recruitment, and high-performance team development, she is widely recognized for her Leader-to-Leader coaching, which equips CEOs, Executive Directors, and board members to secure transformational gifts and build a culture of philanthropy. Ester is a trusted advisor to boards and senior leaders, known for leading multi-million-dollar campaigns, including a record-setting initiative at McGill University’s Faculty of Law. Her leadership in strategy, fundraising, and board development helps non-profits become sustainable, mission-aligned organizations. She holds a Master’s in Leadership Development and a Bachelor’s in Sociology, and is the founder of Envision Philanthropy, a Toronto-based consultancy specializing in executive search, major gifts strategy, campaign planning, and leadership development.
