Join us on Thursday, April 23rd, 2026, for a day of learning, growth, and inspiration.

The Women’s Leadership Lab is for women in tech who want to strengthen their ability to lead change with clarity, alignment, and impact. This immersive experience focuses on leadership knowledge and practical tools that help leaders bring people together, unlock collective intelligence, and navigate complexity in a technology-driven era.

This day is about equipping yourself to foster meaningful contribution, collaboration, and creativity within your teams—while learning how to maximize your influence now and in the evolving future of work.

This isn’t passive learning. It’s an immersive, high-engagement experience designed to activate shared intelligence and translate insight into meaningful, real-world impact.

Sessions will be facilitated by Nogol Madani, the founder of Glee Factor and Dayna Lapkovsky, the founder of Frank Women's Leadership. The day will also feature a panel with inspiring female leaders making waves in the tech space.

The Women's Leadership Lab is proud to partner with Women in Tech Canada, the Canadian chapter of the global Women in Tech movement. The organization supports women’s growth in the tech industry through mentorship, networking, and professional development, working to bridge the gender gap in tech. Its mission is to empower 5 million women and girls in tech by 2030.
